Le Clos Miron is located in Perigord, a region in the south-west region of France. Originally a farm, and a rather important one, considering the size of the master house, it suffered a long period of abandon after most of the grounds were sold by the last farmer's son, Antoine Miron.
12 years ago the house was sold and extensively renovated as a cottage style family house:
- the ground floor includes living room with a fireplace (scripted), dining room, kitchen, small bathroom and the former stable turned into a large reception / play room
- on the upper floor, you will find a master bedroom, second bedroom, study and bathroom.
Features:
- house land impact is 284 and size 36 by 31 meters, footprint is included in the information package available in the store inworld
- partial mesh use, prim walls and floors can be re-textured, allowing you to redecorate your new home as you wish
- no furniture included
- original custom textures
- scripted doors and squeaky sounds(script can be edited to change open/close time)
- Rez_faux rezzing system

Simply Gorgeous!
It's bigger of course for better camera movement inside. The textures are lovely and it gives the feel of being in the European countryside. Modifying is easy enough, though I wouldn't do much to change it given a choice. I would recommend this build for anyone that makes a home here! Great Job!!
Most beautiful house i had till now !!
Bought the house yesterday and still decorate it , but its so beautiful, feel like i am on a vacation.
Thank so much for building this house.
Wonderful Work
I'm italian so i love this wonderful work, perfect in structure and texture...
I have also other works but this is the one i prefer
Thanks!
gorgeous gorgeous home!
I fell in love with this house after visiting NTD inworld store. I had to have this in my collection. The one thing I love about this house is that if you want to decorate the interior via vintage/victorian, you can. If you want to put modern furniture inside, it works! This house is a winner! Good job NTD!
This is indeed a designers dream.
They may call it french….I turned it Tuscan. Its a gorgeous warm house with a nice lay out and if you are any good at building…changing is a piece of cake. i have to make a side note…the interior wall textures are a little pristine and clean cut for a house this old. And one thing did strike me on the lay out. No back doors or exits to a potential garden and no balcony of any kind. But that was easily fixed for me! I simply love it !
