This is a simple lean-to-greenhouse that attaches to a building. It is 100% mesh and 6 Land impact. Make sure that after you rez the building, you click save, which will remove the scripts, reducing the land impact.
Simply place it on your land and press Rez. It is copy, mod, so if you wish to change things, feel free. Make a note someplace of the original position and orientation of the rez box. You can always put the box back and rez a new copy if you change something and want to restore the building to the original position.
