Building is Copy/Mod, however change of baked textures is not recommended as result is unpredictable.
Size is 46m by 18m (size of pavement around building)
Doors and windows use the Kool Door system
Total land impact at delivered size is 243:
- Boxes land impact is 92, boxes can be removed to allow other use of central part
- Empty building impact is 151
Now includes Season hud.

Magnificent!
This stable is a must have for your sim. It's so beautifully detailed and roomy inside. It's a very cozy edition for my horses and there is plenty of room for several friend's edition Water Horses! I love the new HUD that winterizes the pavement, too! A gorgeous touch! Thanks for the incredible customer service, too, Silex! ♥︎

Absolutely fantastic! I've wanted a stable in this vintage style for a while and this is exactly what I needed. It's absolutely gorgeous.
Also I wanted to update my review to thank you for the free update that adds a snow version -- it looks beautiful! I'm still using this stable and it is my favorite :)
