These textures may also be used for non-commercial Personal Use on your own items. The above named textures may not be given away/gifted individually or as sets, resold individually, or resold as part of another texture pack. These textures may not be used as freebie/group gifts as is, but you MAY create a carpet prim and gift the ready-made carpet prim to your group with ONLY the Copy and Modify Permissions set.

Limited usefulness
These textures are great, and there's a good variety of colors and designs. My only complaint is that they aren't seamless. I realize the ad does not say they are. But it does say these textures will work for animated texture surfaces and I'm not sure how that could be done without the seam messing it up. I can make these work for my purposes. I just wanted to put this information here for the next customer.
