Little Ivy Cottage with Conservatory (One of my series of traditional and rustic cottages and homes)

A compact beamed rustic dwelling with the charm of a giant, the Little Ivy Cottage with conservatory provides the ideal solution for those looking for a cosy bijou dwelling on a smaller land parcel. if your lot is small and prims are a concern, this cottage provides the perfect solution.

At only 28 prims with its sculpted frame and with a footprint of a mere 10m x 21m, this version of my classic Little Ivy Cottage provides a taste of Irish country charm with a slight medieval feel.

Tinting windows and locking doors, all controlled via a simple menu make this little home complete.

The cottage is delivered in a Rez-Faux package for simple positioning and has a deep base and steps to enable it to be positioned easily on uneven ground.
