A compact beamed rustic dwelling with the charm of a giant, the Little Ivy Cottage provides the ideal solution for those looking for a cosy house on a smaller land parcel. if your lot is small and prims are a concern, this cottage provides the perfect solution.

At only 74 prims with its sculpted frame and with a footprint of a mere 10m x 18m, the Little Ivy cottage provides a taste of Irish country charm with a slight medieval feel.

Tinting windows and locking doors, all controlled via a simple menu make this little home complete.
The exquiste planted arbour at the rear blends nautre with man in an effortless synergy.

The cottage is delivered in a Rez-Faux package for simple positioning and has a deep base and steps to enable it to be positioned easily on uneven ground.
