This barn has a land impact of only 9. The doors are Kool Door scripted. Doors open on collision. Inside there is a loft, accessible by a ladder. A footprint of 20m x 11m.

Nice litte Barn
Small LI, nice Look.
The doors are a bit Quick (Open Time ca. 2 Seconds) but the Creator could help me with a Mod for permanent open Doors, so I have now automatic Collision Doors or manual one, depend what Barn I use.
If you need a small Low Impact Barn this could be absolutly your Item.
