This building can be used for as a home with a loft or a small store. All objects are modify, copy and no transfer except the door scripts which are no modify and no transfer.
The building has two smaller rooms at the back of the first floor, a large area on the second floor (loft) and a large are in the front on the first floor.
The outer doors do not lock but you can change the script in the doors if you need to them to.
