MESH wooden cottage
This house is built with mesh, so you need Viewer 3 or some other viewer capable.
House is linked, either modifiable or all permits, so they can untie.
Mesh textures do not work as prims textures, because they usually have only a few mesh sides or just one.

A cute 1-room house, shed, bait shop on the pier, beach changing place . . . Resizes easily and comes in fully textured in one piece for you nonbuilders. A second version is untextured. The whole thing comes apart and can be retextured for you modders.
