ALL of our islands are new sims. We want our tenants to have as lag free of an experience as possible! None of our lands are Grandfathered islands.
Our Islands/Regions are None Zoned. This means your free to build whatever you wish (that is not intended to grief other residents in the Island, or cause massive lag in the Island).
You have 100% control over your land and the terraform-ability. You also can restrict access to your parcel if you wish, by using the land access options. You can also set music and movies form the media tab in the land options, and all the other land option goodies.
Commercial or Residential you pick.

1/16 - 4096 sqm - 1875 prims
1/8 - 8,192 sqm - 3,750 prims
1/4 - 16,384 sqm - 7.5k prims
1/2 - 32,768 sqm - 15k prims

If you do not see the size of land you are looking for Talk to the staff they can also answer any questions
you may have.
We also keep rules to a minimum (Why Should you be ultra restricted to what you can do on land you pay for?)

I was there for three years, and it was great! The tier price was great, no to minimal lag, and the service was always outstanding (Kalopsia <3).
When finances are settled again, I do hope to return :)

Good prices (specially when you pay for 4 weeks and get two days extra) and great looking land. but best thing:
Their service! These people are very fast in fixing any problem you find when renting with them. I mean.. Within 1 to 5 minutes so far. Helpful lists of shops to get nice houses when you rent. And they e take their time to help you find the best option for your money and wishes. They have a LOT of sims.
I am renting there for years now. And so happy with the place and the company!

Great place to rent from!
Loveless estates have always been super helpful during my rentals with them! I've rented various sizes of their lands and they're understanding of changes, merging lands etc. Super easy to rent from them and their staff are really friendly and always ready to help out!
