[M-C] Artist studio

Thank you for your interest in my creation

The Artist Studio is a multipurpose rustic brick and concrete, vintage building, for roleplay purposes, could be use for an Artist Studio, Old masonry, Warehouse, artists gallery, house etc.

-High quality custom mesh

-I offer it in two versions (all included)
Empty Studio, with 2 industrial working lamps 15 prims Land Impact total
Studio, with 2 industrial working lamps, plus multiply sinks, plus fireplace 20 prims Land Impact total.

-The Footprint is approx. 14 x 22

The roof has a working shutter, via a lever.
The lamps are on-off scripted by notecard in case you want to modify them, and the doors and roof shutter use Kool Door system.

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips of the kool doors, that dont permit modification.
