Warehouse - Garage style building.
-Multiply choises of usage, as an urban warehouse or a garage.

-It is 100 % mesh and is only 9 prims Land Impact.

-I offer it, with three working doors, two rolls up and one who open with rotation.

-The footprint is approx. 13 x 11.5

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips of the kool doors and the lights, that dont permit modification.

Good value for the price. I nice sort of grungy garage that will look good on a tropical island.

For the price, this is amazing!

All I would say as critique is that I would love to see some materials on this build.

Other than that, the textures are very nice, the LI is low and the builds is spacious.
