Thank you for your interest in my creation

The Factory is a multipurpose red brick vintage building, for roleplay purposes, could be use for Vintage Factory, Old masonary, Barn, Warehouse, Club, house etc.

-It is custom mesh

-I offer two versions
With Stairs and Mezzanine 66 prim Land Impact
Without Stairs and Mezzanine 57 prim Land Impact.

-The Footprint is approx. 22 x 32 x 16

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips of the kool doors, that dont permit modification.
