The A Frame Cabin is a multipurpose rustic vintage building, for roleplay purposes, could be use for a Cottage, Home, Artist Studio, Old masonry, Warehouse, artists gallery, house etc.

-High quality custom mesh

-I offer it in two versions
Empty , with 2 outdoors working lamps 18 prims Land Impact total
Empty , with 2 outdoors working lamps plus a stove, 21 prims Land Impact total

-The Footprint is approx. 26.5 - 10.8 - 11.5

The lamps are on-off scripted by notecard in case you want to modify them, and the doors use Kool Door system, that allow the end user to restrict the access

-It is COPY-MOD-NO TRANSFER, except of the scrips , that dont permit modification.
