This is a new 6 item series covering buildings at the Japanese edo period.
This second building is a home - habitle! - with two levels. It has a LI of 52, an initial foot print of 10x10m (like all other items have of this serious to make arranging more easy) and comes with high details and fine textures. It has downstairs a big room dofr living, a wall cabinet under the stairs and and backdoor exit like all other buildings of this series, upstairs is one big room. Like all *M^2* products it comes with COPY + MODIFY permissions. So you can adjust it to your needs.
