This is an old Japanese house with a back yard. It comes in a rezbox and has an initial foot print of 29x25m while its LI is 40. 15 of those are for the many sliding doors included. The building is COPY + MODIFY. Means it can be customized to your personal needs. Each door frame contains 3 doors. Each door can go from on end to the other by clicking on it till it reaches its position. The backyard can be used for different purposes like garden or also e.g. for RL purposes like a training grounds etc.
