Rental Sever is a powerful rental equipment designed to manage your full sim rental business
1. One server for each SIM and each server supports 100+ Machess Rental Boxes.
2. Perform systematic updates to all rental boxes with just one click.
3. Monitor rental status and manage each rental box remotely. You may reserve, lock in, modify the lease on each one.
4. TP you or your staff to the in-world position of any rental box
5. Copy and paste the settings of rental boxes for fast implementation.
6. Support manager list. You may hire someone to manage the rental business for you.
7. You and your managers may remotely revise rental setting on each rental box to initiate, change, reserve or terminate a lease, including rents and prims etc.
8. Categorize your rental boxes and make them work with teleport board
When you punch the number and touch the "Enter" key on the server panel,
a menu will show up, allowing you to access to the following features

1. List
Display a list of connected rental boxes with their coordinations in the region and their rental status. Click the link in chat console for immediate TP.
2. Scan region
Rescan region for available rental boxes. Unless you have manually take down a large number of rental boxes, you do not need to perform this action. Rental server automatically check the on-line status when it tries to connect to the rental box of your choice.
3. Upgrade (only available when you drop in the rental box script)
you may perform upgrade on all of your rental boxes in the region after you receive a new rental box script from Machess Product Server. Simply drop in the rental box script and click on the "Upgrade" button.
Please note that you will have to grant the debit permission for each box during upgrade.
4. Managers
You may browse, add, or remove an avatar on the manager list. Any manager will be able to operate and use all the features on the rental server except the "Managers" and "Upgrade" features.
5. Free Memory
Display the available memory of the server.
6. Category
Assign or change the category of any rental box, useful when you set up rental teleport board with rental server.
7. Copy/paste
You may copy and paste the rental box setting from the selected box to any one.
8. Edit Mode
Switch to edit mode for selected rental box to revise rental options and settings.
9. Status
Display the status of the selected rental box.

Machess Rental Teleport Board is an intra-sim teleporter that is designed to teleport your visitors to any available units. You will be able to assign each rental teleporter to one of the 10 categories currently supported by Machess Rental Server (v1.1 and later).
