[MB3] Sci-Fi Stairs for Builders Version 1

These modular Sci-Fi stairs were made for builders in mind. We've been using them in practically every area of our Space Station in-world. View the screenshots to see just how versatile these stairs have been for us in our build.

Each piece has 3 texture faces, one of those faces being LED lights which give them their Sci-Fi look.
