SPECIFICATIONS

The square consists of one farmhouse with acces to river dock, with a design like a Pyrenees house's. The plant of these house is divided in design of different spaces, Main floor or entrance, where you can place a fire place and a salon with comfy couch's and the kitchen. In the second floor we can place the main bedroom and the restroom, the bedroom have access to terrace. In the third floor we can find the attic, a ideal place to put a playroom.

Doors and windows are scripted, the sound for open & closed door is different for interior door.

**This farmhouse and his square base can be fitted in a 1024 sqm plot, but we recommend your putting it on 2048 sqm, to be sure you can furnished the house.

DECORATION

This is a full version of Sort Farmhouse. With trees gardening on square and acces to river dock. You can decorate interior of house at you like. If you put this square on land level you need fix outcrops rocks after reezing.

This house is inside a Reezer Box. Due the quantity of elements to reez, we recommended take a comfy sit, and wait the house and his base is fully reezed. (this process is do in 1 minute).
