Be sure bottom rez box is touching the ground or your preference of height above ground, but not below it.
Place the Rez Box so you are looking at the picture of the skating rink on the box. The opposite side of the box is where the build will rez.
Touch the rez box for blue menu of options.
Build is COPY/MODIFY/NO TRANSFER. Park benches are COPY ONLY.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased this item and did not slow down to read that it said Petite. Lack of coffee and early morning building does not mix. Anyway Mrs Claus (Mairead-the creator) listened to my mistake and even refunded me the money I spent. I will suggest coffee and to make sure you read the details carefully on things you purchase of course human error can not always be avoided. Thanks for awesome customer service and making great products !!!!
