Hat has feathers and matching flexi tails.

Why is resizing so imprtant for the ladies? Because of the hair volume! Why can't the designer think of how hats are really worn? So if your head is bald, it will fit fine, otherwise the hair will stick through, unless it is worn floating almost above the head. Useless, unless you wear hats like a clown.
