Ignore the bad review. Obviously the critic is/was not familiar with editing or even opening boxed purchases. This product is indeed fully modifiable, and the textures are superb. Great job creator!
Buyer Beware
It's not bad; however, I love the "full permissions" in the product details and copy/modify/transfer being listed but when you get the product it's listed as "no modify" "no transfer" Completely a waste of money for what I was going to use it for.... so buyer beware!

I like the look. The texture is nice - how long you go not near to it ... then it would be a bit blurred
But the older Look is realy great
