This is the MINI Exotic Club it fits on a 1024 parcel ( exact footprint of structure is 30x30 ). This structure is two story's tall with a open top floor.
A Super low 197 prim packaged in the Rez Faux package system for easy rez and positioning.

Teleporters included in box for easy teleporting between first and seconf floor.

Poor Quality
I bought this and honestly comeon, the poles dont work so why include it? the tip jars cant log into them and why would I share my profits with you? you can get poles that actually work for 10L and tip jars for free. What a waste. Thank god I didnt waste anymore on this poor quality place. Oh and the couches look like lil balls on the cushions. I expected a lil more for this.
Includes all sorts of things you would've had to buy separately from various places to start your club, so this is fantastic buy for the price. Dance ball isn't loaded but it's otherwise ready :)
Be prepared to grant L$ permissions to the tipjars when you rez the build.
Excellent use of space. The 30x30 sizing is perfect because it gives you wiggle-room if you rez it on a 32x32 parcel. Of course you will need more prim allowance than a 1024parcel (for accessories/decorations you might want to add in the club) but that's easily addressed if you have some other land in the same sim that you can borrow prims from if needed.
The DJ booth is separately linked so I was able to easily move it around.
I guess I can't say enough good things about this item. I bought this build to be a store (!) but now I'm thinking I should place it in a 2nd spot too in order to run a club. LOL
