First off, there is a client-side alpha bug that has come into effect that causes some of the prims to remain visible when the weapon is slung or drawn. The gun loses a star for having this issue and I hope it gets fixed soon and updates are sent.

No bells or whistles on this one. No scopes or grenade launchers. The only attachment was a suppressor, which actually came as a pleasant surprise. What you see is mostly what you get, but for the price you really can't complain. Performance is adequate. Projectile velocity defaults to 150mps. You can set this higher but it might create gaps where the bullet doesn't physically exist at certain points along its path. Given the width of the spread you are better off leaving it as is and sticking mainly to close/medium range encounters (5-50m) anyway.

The gun looks nice and has a hold animation that looks very attractive in my AV's hands, so aside from the alpha-glitch this will make a perfectly usable gun in both RP and combat sims. Despite the creator's decrying the need for adjustments in the product description, there are still a few options available, like setting fire rate to auto, burst, or semi, velocity, stances, attaching the suppressor, etc. The commands all work on channel 1 and use the standard "rsling" which means nearly all my ISA gestures work with this, which was also a pretty pleasant surprise.

All in all, this is actually a perfectly serviceable, if a bit dated, SL weapon that will get the job done at an extremely affordable price. Most guns in its class would probably run you L$500 or so, so it's definitely a good buy.

Uses the same scripting as the other weapons, responsive and reliable. my only complaint is this could have been better had it included the scope and the grenade launcher, but oh well, still a great gun regardless. For 300L, how could you say no? You really cannot go wrong with this, or ANY of Mistral Munitions' weapons.
