Hello All :)
This collar is sound scripted. It will make random bell sounds when you walk. it is mod so you can even add and remove your own sounds as you like !! :)
Also it is color scripted so that you can change the star to match any outfit you wear :) Simply click on the collar and choose the color you want from the pop-up menu.

This is a collar I enjoy wearing. The very soft sound of the bells as I walk is very pleasant and cute. I also like the fact that I can change the color of the star to match my outfit. I do wear it often :)
