[MODORARY] Mesh Modern Minimalistic Studio Home

This little home has a nice, comfortable layout, lots of windows nicely placed. I didn't use the transparent mesh build. I saved it in case I decide to use it. I haven't found how to install the doors but I'm sure I will. The floor should have been made with its own face to allow alternate textures. All in all, I love this little home. Fits comfortably on my little 1024x1024 plot. The garage is going to be my workshop.

The build isn't packaged in a rezzer... its just a soft-linked pile of mesh. So, if you want to keep your sanity, make sure you're in edit (build) mode BEFORE you rez it.
The build itself is quite cute... very nice design.
However, the use of phantom for the actual build, and then transparent physical walls, makes for a more difficult design to work with, especially when combined with no rezzer to help position it on your block (so remember DON'T LET GO OF THE EDIT MODE!)
There's also small gaps in the mesh in areas.
For the very small amount of money you pay and a few tweaks, you can end up with a very nice modern, open plan house suitable for smaller blocks. I just would not recommend this house for a beginner.

I love this house, but I can't give a 5 star rating because it was not all linked when it arrived. Admittedly, I did not attempt to contact the creator so it is possible they would have given me a fixed one. The size is perfect and the textures are great. I was able to link the doors back pretty easily and once I did, they worked great. I decided to omit the garage and since, the Li went down to 12. So, I do recommend you buy this house if you love the beachy look as I do.
