the dress fits, however the grey fabric that drapes around the arms, move like sticks... they are part of the arm and so if your arm goes up the entire length of that grey piece goes up too. what you dont see in the photo here is that the grey fabric is floor length so when your hand goes to touch your face, that fabric will go towards the sky. I can send a photo to anyone who needs it but point is, this outfit will only work for static or movements where the arms do not move. And the single dance is...what is that about? not a dance related to this outfit. If this was 99L then MAYBE it would be worth it but that's a soft "maybe"...I'm being generous here.
