The MZ Creations :: Casa Brisa House comes with:

The big front deck is not by default attached to the house, simply rezz the deck in front of the house and follow the instructions given in chat to auto snap it to the house.
The house comes with full mod rights, recolor any part you want!! All interior walls can be colored separately!!
Full: 85 li/prims. (this includes kitchen, wardrobe and both front decks).
Base: 53 li/prims (this is only the house without the above additions, without plants and palms the house is: 46 li/prims).
Size: The house can be placed in an area of 26 x 24 meters.

The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also, the floors can be easily re-textured by yourself.
