The Modern Beach House

The MZ Creations :: Modern Beach House comes with:
■ Large livingroom/kitchen with lots of windows (The view is amazing).
■ 2 Bedrooms / Or 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom/Closet (Your choice) separated by two sliding barn style doors. .
■ Office or bathroom area.
■ High Ceilings (Gotta love the high ceilings so your cam doesn't get stuck to it).
■ Large open floor plan.
■ Double sided fireplace.
■ Sliding barn style doors.
■ ZimberLab scripted doors.
■ Window blinds with room controllers (Adds 27 prims to the house, making it be a total of 298 prims.)

The house itself is a total of 271 Li/prims and has a footprint of 32m wide by 32 meters deep.
*Included in the rez box are window blinds. When all of them are in the house (27 prims) it will increase the total prim size of the house to 298 prims.
Included is a floorplan prim that serves as the house rezz box. This will make it easy for you to decide were you want to place and rezz the house.

The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also the floors can be easily re-textured by yourself.
