I want to give a shout out to the owner off the house what a great person and helper friendly and funny someone you would love to meet the house is big, plenty off room and all open windows nice decks what more can we say don't look else were he's so nice to people to ask away he will help

It's affordable, well built and it's just roomy enough for many folks or just yours truly. I bought this along with his boat house which goes together seamlessly. Don't think about it..It's just a must buy.

Builder was very polite and answered all my questions.

Im pretty new to SL and purchased this property which looks fantastic may I add.... although with being new to owning my own place I had many a problem down to myself not having a clue at what I was doing.. but all i can say is the creator helped me above and beyond he was fantastic. Its nice to see that kindness is still out there and people are still willing to help a damsel in distress.

I will say it again the property is amazing and looks fantastic, and the customer service is even better. I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing from this brilliant designer who in turn has a heart of gold.

Even after purchased when I accidentally pressed delete in a blonde moment he came to my rescue.. you are amazing... and thank you from the bottom of my Yorkshire heart... an keep designing fabulous places.... I recommend this house to everyone who is looking for a great beach house!!! Its a beautiful build with the look and feel of being at the beach! Great textures, open floor plan, picture does not do it justice! House feels cozy and spacious. Personally I hate tight, low ceilings and this house is perfect with its high capacity for camming around. No Regrets!

I love this house! It makes me feel like I am on vacation at the beach. The textures are beautiful, and great thought was put into the little details that make a house a home. it looks so pretty on my land. The best thing is the open floor plan which really helps reduce camera constraints.
