This Beach House was inspired by another in-world creation called the "Harbor Beach House v1" by Greymoon Designs.

The MZ Creations :: Beach House bundle comes with:
■ Beach House (Normal doors).
■ **Beach House (Barn style doors).
■ Custom Decking that fits around the side of the house.
■ Beach House Gazebo.
■ Boat House / With custom decking to fit the house.
■ Curtains that match the house.

** The barn style doors version is only available by purchasing this bundle.

The house itself is a total of 228 Li/prims and has a footprint of 28x34 meters.

The house can be colored into what ever color you want. Simply go into edit mode and highlight the "Select Face" option in the build menu. From there you can select all the walls on the outside (or inside) and color them to your liking. Also the floors can be easily retextured by yourself.
