The board gam Mahjong is a freebie, right? Fortunately it was full permission as well. I took the item and unlinked it. I changed the chairs, I changed the table and I changed the script. It was really a lot of work! Under the line I managed to get rid of 26, yes twenty six prims. For this work I charge a small fee.
Each chair has 1(!) prim instead of 14. So you save 26 prims.
The game Mahjong + the function of the chairs are the same as in-world.
Everything is linked, so you can just rezz the ensemble and play.
This Mahjong table is the one with the lowest prims in all Second Live. One of my customers made me happy, by saying it is the best one.
So how many prims does the board have under the line? For PLAYING Mahjong, there must be rezzed 1 prim a card. Otherwise it would not work. For standing those prims are waiting in your table.
Under the line, there are 42 prims left. This is because I did not want to destroy the Asian style of the table. Furthermore the table needs to write a hint for playing on itself.
Use this Mahjong in your park, play with your friends in a sandbox, rezz it in your community hall, offer it as party gag.
I hope you will have as many relaxed hours as I had!

Great version
It works its fast and easy to edit the chairs out if you dont need them
Well worth the small sum charged
not a mah-jong game !
It's NOT a real mah-jong table game !
it's the US version, of a SOLITARY with piece of mah-jong.
Warning: This game is 186 Prims land impact!
This is the original free Mahjong by Xylor Baysklef (script) and Ananda Sandgrain (design) with only the chairs replaced by two boxes and a new table texture. The prim count (LI) is 42 for the table alone (and the 2 boxes called chairs). To play the game you've to add 144 prims (LI) for the tiles! So all in all prim count/land impact is 186 prims! for the game and you need rez rights where you want to play it.
You'll save more prims and all money if you get the original free (really full perm) Mahjong by Xylor Baysklef and set the table to mesh accounting (Features/Physics Shape Type: Convex Hull) and use your own chairs.
Good Job.
Very Nice. Thank you. :)
I would recommend setting physics type to "convex hull' and your mahjong drops from 42 to 30 LI. Seats and table still function properly as they don't require complex physics shapes.
The fewer primes are worth the $$
Yes, there are "free" versions out there, but they are VERY heavy in prim count. I couldn't afford that many. The chairs are really just floating cushions, which looks a little strange at first, but then it's no biggie. That is the ONLY reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. My friends and I play this a lot. :) Nice job. :)
