The Mainland 512 house is a house designed for mainland 512m parcels. It features a super low land impact of 10 and an assortment of texture options. The house is fully made out of mesh and features a unique style. The house has 2 rooms a smaller back room that could be used for a bedroom or entrance and a larger 2 story room. The house also features an outside deck, useful if your parcel is surrounded by stuff and you cannot use the side door. The house is custom UV mapped and requires special textures to be used but comes with a number of styles.

Why haven't I already left a 5* review for this beautiful little house? Because I'm an idiot, that's why! :-). Changing texture menu built in, but also easily modifiable/stretchable. How is so small and yet so spacious? Has Dr Who secretly rebuilt the Tardis? I keep checking back on this designer to see if he/she has produced any other little gems, but sadly I keep being disappointed. Sterling work, "ac14" :-).
