Marina's Brownstone Apts(21x25, 124LI)

This is the 3rd series of my Brownstone building. The apartments are wider with 1 room each. The basement apartment has it's own entrance from the street and from the 1st floor and no extra room. I imagined it to be more suitable as an office, restaurant, bar, preferably commercial.
Furnitures are not included.
You may need to be able to edit terrain to embed this building into the ground.
