I was on a search for the perfect store that had little LI and enough room to have a working shop area too. I bumped into Mayas creations and was delighted! Her builds are simple, easy to rez, and easy to make personal adjustments too. PLUS, her pricing beats anything out there. So, now thank you Mayas - I have a store, a work shop, and Lindens still in my pocket!

Nice little store and landscaping
Note: I was having trouble checking out the store while it was still in 'rez' mode.
The doors wouldn't open completely. Kept shutting repeatedly. It wasn't until I selected 'Finish!' that it cleared this weird glitch. So, if this happens to you, just set it to 'Finish!'.
PERFECT
This is a STEAL for the price! If you're looking for a store and just starting a SL business and can't afford to put too much down for startup cost - look no further! With some light landscaping (if you choose to use the garden version) this can really by a store that your business can grow into. It looks high quality and the textures are insane. I can't rave about this enough, I'm definitely going to be returning to this store for future business needs.
Wonderful en very detailed
Bought this some time back but never got to use it until now for my Gallery. I love the textures, the 3 seperate rooms which makes it an awesome place to have my Gallery in it, a little coffee corner and a spacious entrance. I would have easily paid 500 LD for this!
