The Mediterranean Villa is a one of a kind home with open plan living at its best. Attention to detail is evident everywhere in the villa. Custom details of this home are auto doors (no clicking necessary), windows that actually open, and privacy tint. Customizing your home is easier than ever with an easy point and click HUD system to change out textures and colors. Use of custom sculpts are extensively used to give great shading and reduce prim count by over 200 prims.
Also this house was designed to be sim friendly. Scripts are kept to a minimal. Everything is done from root prim. Note to view sculpts and use the texture changing feature SL Client 1.21 or greater is needed.

LOVE IT! Living in it! Alright, this house is great. First of all, I applaud the creator for being so prim aware! Cutting corners without cutting quality. Unlike any other build I've seen, it comes with this hud that allows you to change the textures on anything and everything. I warn you though, don't try to take it apart and get the textures. It won't work, so if you want to make additions you'll have to do it the old fashioned way. Unlink a piece and copy it with the texture already on it. Highly recommend this house!
