Only includes full-permissions base textures - What You See Is What You Get. The UV layouts are excellent, anyone with even basic Photoshop skills could retexture. Replace the 'light ball' with a single prim & make it into a normal globe.
The light ball puts off a lot of light and uses projected textures, it's more for novelty purposes than anything else. If your graphics are not set to ultra everything will look like crap.
