What you get is a single, full-permissions wall segment. From this segment you are able to construct single or double sided walls of theoretically any length.
Design is similar to many cast concrete "security" walls found throughout the world thanks to moronic, freedom-hating political regimes.
I have added a few custom elements to make the design a little more interesting and a little less antisocial. Three lateral slats allow for face-to-face communication with those on the other side.

Nice but....
The prim count is wrong, its not 2 per piece and even a moderate sized fence is going to end up being around 300 prims, pity as it is a lovely fence but way to prim heavy to use.
