Mesh Surfboard Full Perms

1. no UV maps included, so coloring/ designing would be more or less try and error
2. the x axis is not aligned with the boards bow, so a simple move command would not be possible without complicated rotation computations.
as a pure 'stand deco' it is possibly suitable, but not much more.
