A charming tea house, which also happens to have an extensive menu of homemade pies, is the perfect little build for your town center.
Specialty teas line the shelves on the walls and a complete collection of pies in the beautiful bay window and display cases warm the atmosphere.
This build is a sim filler, so nothing actually "works".
