Beautiful, low-prim dummy and filler shops for your sim. These are practical shops found in any town. I use much of my own textures and meshes so these build stand apart from other builds and make LOD settings consistent in each build.
Not just facades, each build contains many custom details inside. Nothing is scripted, but many builds are modifiable to do so if you wish.

Builds are modify-copy except where noted. Some may be copy only. None of my builds are scripted or animated unless noted. None of the food trucks are driveable.
All builds are also set to "phantom".
Any and all of my textures, sculpts and meshes are not for resale, repackaging or to be given away for free. They can be used in other virtual worlds, however, these same rules apply.
