The title pretty much says it all. The turbine is also scripted to automatically adjust to in-world wind speed. Do yourself a favor and watch the video before you buy!
Please note that for unknown reasons Linden Lab has decided that changing the scale of mesh objects also changes their land impact; therefore the item has been scaled down to 1/8 scale. At full scale the LI is ~90.

Very cool!
I love this turbine. The way that it changes speed with the region wind is really a nice touch. Thanks for sharing it for such a low price!
