Mesh Victorian Dining Chair
This is a simple and low-prim dining chair made for our own Victorian home. I created it because I am an eternal prim miser, and wanted to replace our aging sculpt chairs with something that rezzed more neatly. The chair has a land impact of 1, so you can fill out your dining room without eating into your prim allowance. :)
The chair has no built in animations or scripts, just a sit target so that your avie will park itself in the right place. It is of course moddable if you wish to add your own animations.
It comes with both red and green tinted cushions, and can easily be re-tinted to your tastes.

Note: The chair is built with mesh, which means that a mesh-compatible viewer is required to view it. When rezzed, it has a land impact of 1, but as with all mesh objects this may change when the item is resized, or when certain scripts are added. (I have found that the chair can be resized a fair amount and sit scripts added without increasing the prim count, but your mileage may vary!)
