you NOT ALLOWED to use KTZ ("ktzitz bravitz" files, items, prims & objects) outside of second life (R) virtual world.
("ktzitz bravitz" files, items, prims & objects) are building aid, you may use KTZ product to aid you make your own creations
but you NOT ALLOWED to sell or give away your creations as a Copy + Transfer or Full permission.
To be able sell your creations legal way, Permissions must be limited to:
(1) Copy only (2) Transfer only (3) Copy/Modify, or (4) Transfer/Modify.
but You are NOT ALLOWED to sell the product as it already exists, you have to merge the product with some complex creation.

Great stuff for builders
Absolutely great bathroom set with anything imaginable included to create a full bathroom. The mesh are great quality and good low on prims and not disform if you zoom a bit away from them. Comes easy out of the package and has great display you an rez and only unpack that what is needed. Also the service and quick response are great from this seller. Love it Hope there will be more

KTZ does magnificent work! The detail is amazing and the prims/land impact is so low you won't believe your eyes. The creator is also friendly and lovely to deal with, I needed help with something in this set and they responded quickly and were willing to help however they could! I look forward to purchasing other sets from them!!
Re-Review
After the last review the creator spoke to me and asked to help out fixing my issue with the set.
The mesh looks absolutely awesome. The creator also said if one have issues with the kit ktzitz is always open to help. As ktz did for me. The kit is now officially the most awesome bathroom kit I have come across full perm. The product is well worth the price.
The creator did not wish to update the product with the sounds off but the scripts can easily be acquired by contacting Ktzitz.
For anyone looking to include this in their build or add it to a larger piece (and not violating the ToS) this is awesome. Even for personal use it's perfect.
A little heads up for those that don't know where the UV Maps / Textures are, their located inside the boxes that's apart of the "Bathroom Set Collection Boxes Display ( KTZ )" Rez it and open the boxes, textures are in there.
I approve of this kit.
