This is a modern, open-air home. It has a window tinting system - look for the switches on the bottom and top floors. The home also comes on a 5-meter deep foundation, and includes a reflection pool and landscaping.
The home is copy/mod, so you can get rid of any prims you want to delete. And you can change the water in the pool to phantom, if you like.
This complete house has a sizeable prim and actual footprint. However, it's in five sections. So, if you want, you can only place the house on your property (about 41 prims). The reflection pool is another section. Evergreens are another, and palms are two sections.
Very Nicely done! It really does feel like Miami! I'm not sure I see the point of privacy window's on a open house though. lol! Very cool design though!
The trees put this one over the top. They're detachable from the house :)
