This is a lovely little village with lots of details to hunt for. A little train moves through the mountain tunnel, there are swans in the pond, and a carousel plays a snatch of "Jingle Bells" when it starts rotating. (Clicking on the snow next to the carousel starts and stops it.) There are also attractive Christmas lights strung from various places in the build. Given all the details, this is well worth more than L$199.
The lighting posed a problem for me: the village is beautiful with the spotlight on, and that light shows off all the detail. An equally beautiful, but very different, effect is achieved at "night" with the spotlight off and the only illumination coming from the little strands of lights. I couldn't decide which was nicer, so added a spotlight that turns on during the "day" and off at "night." (Check online for "GetSunDirection" and "PrimPointLight" scripts if you want to do something similar.)
P.S. Obviously the village is the main item here. The rezzer for it, though, is a nice, 1LI cabinet that would give you an attractive piece of furniture when the village is not rezzed.

This is fantastic for the price, it's cute and really fits a Winter themed sim . It's a miniature village but has great detail and a lot of work has clearly gone into it. Love it.
