Modern Garage - creation for you, vehicles in SL

This Building have follow scripts Installed:

- Building Control System with menu' driven with selectable access Owner-Group- Everyone and devices can only be controlled by the control house system with follow options:

Material: Choice choose from three different types of material set including Wood,Cement,Stucco This setting change external materials.(see photo)
Lights: Control Lights subdivided internal-external on/off. If necessary can de-link and place where necessary
Doors: Entrance Door is controlled also from the house system or in any case the doors can be controlled directly for greater convenience, and can be set Owner-Group-Everyone or even from the list, for maximum customization.

Additional Info:

- The Building is mod copy. Scripts are only copy.
- Building base measures 20 mt x 10 mt (base are removable )
- All are original mesh
- 2 Internal Lights and 4 External Lights Installed (can copy mod,move or delete)
- Main Building have 4 different independent texture , Roof, Internal garage, Front garage,Remaining Sides garage.
- Base ramp include resizer, for adapt in base your necessity.(Attention changing the size may change the number of the Prims Used.)

Buildings are: Copy- Modify.
