The Cedar Lake house has a 15 x 25 footprint and 103 prims. It is also Mod/copy so you can change textures or add to it and if you make a mistake you can delete and replace the original.

This home features a automatic rezz package. You receive a box which is placed on the ground and clicked on then you move the box the house follows when done you hit save and it places and aligns the house for quick precise placement.

This house also comes with doors that you can set to swing or slide.
