Welcome and thanks for your interest in this Modern Main Store or Club multi-purpose structure.
This structure has a footprint of roughly 60x60m, and has been built with only 84 prims (without the furniture), it fits perfect on 4096sqm parcels or larger.
I have boxed a seat, table, bench and sofa, you can rez as many as you desire.
The sofa is 11 prims, it has multiple poses in each seat, which can be activated by sitting on them, a menu pops up with different pose options.
The chairs are 1 prim each and have 4 animations, just sit to activate them, here also a menu with poses pops up.
The benches are also 1 prim and have 4 animations each, 2 avatars can sit at the same time.
The dancefloor has 3 different texture animations, which can be switched by simply clicking the floor. It's not linked to the building and can be moved or left away (3 prims).
The lights at the entrance and stage can switch to flickering colors by a single click, giving it a club atmosphere for events or gigs.
Everything is copy and modify.
This structure comes in Rez Faux; Place your rezbox in the middle of your parcel (make sure all parts rez within parcel borders, else they might return to your inventory) and Rez the structure.
The parts appear and jump into place, you may now move or rotate the rezbox, and the structure will move along.
Once you're done you may take the rezbox.

Ultra-modern looking, well detailed.
I was looking for a mesh store that was unusual looking, reasonably low-land impact and easy to deal with. This build is perfect on all of those counts. It will definitely eat up a 4096 (not LI wise, just size), but it fits like a glove.
