What you will get:
1. Prefabricated pier with heavy duty metal jetty on pontoons and street lights poles. (This set is 20 land impact)
2. Stone pier elements (every element is 1 prim LI)
3. Heavy duty jetty elements on pontoons (elements 1 to 3 LI including pontoons)
4. Street light pole. Touch to ON/OFF (2 prim LI)
Everything you have is Copy and Modify.
Editing Textures:
I applied textures (base color; normal and specular/roughness).
Some texture is in default mode, some in planar, therefore I would not recommend to edit/modify textures or color/tint. It can be messy result if you are not very accurate.
RESIZING:
I would advise to build your pier or jetty using original sizes.
After you link all objects of your build go to edit mode and make it bigger or smaller by stretching the whole thing, because individually resized elements takes longer to align.
